Press Law

Freedom of expression is one of the great subjects of society in democracies.
The legislator took an interest in it as early as 1881 with the Freedom of the Press Act. Still in force, this law has been supplemented and amended according to the evolution of the times and society itself.
Handling this law requires experience and a technicality for which we are recognized and which we make available to you.
